Through active coordination and cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce, the 47 North Commercial Center will provide opportunities for local businesses seeking space while retaining downtown Cle Elum as the principal commercial center for the community.
Commercial Center Overview
47 North’s Commercial Center plan provides the Cle Elum community with present and future opportunities. Sun is actively seeking a new grocer for the community that will act as a commercial anchor for the Commercial Center. This will present the opportunity to attract other retail experiences to the area, providing the community of Cle Elum with new tax revenue.
Sun Communities has coordinated and cooperated with the needs of Cle Elum’s Chamber of Commerce to develop and refine a commercial center plan that provides a retail, restaurant, and business space for local entrepreneurs. New space will allow downtown Cle Elum to remain the principal commercial center while allowing room for future community growth.
